POSITIVE SIDE: It has exceeded all my expectations! I went for this one as it has the built in locks for TSA. These work perfectly, I've used separate ones in the past and I always end up losing them everywhere. It's been a lifesaver to have the built in.
NEGATIVE SIDE: Corner scratched on a bit on the top corner after 7 months of use, however i feel like it's giving it some personality, a feel or every memory good or bad made along the way, so it's a good thing for me.
